Delivery Information

 

We will deliver all stocked items within 3 working days*.

Shipping costs as stated at the check-out.

 

*Orders placed during holiday season / on sale period may be subject to special delivery arrangements.

 

Hong Kong orders

You order will be delivered 3-5 days from the date you place the order.

Our standard delivery is normal local courier.

 

International orders

We accepted most of international orders, and if cannot find your country at the check-out, please contact us for assistance

 

Your order will be delivered 10-18 days from the date you place the order for standard delivery, some places may need a longer delivery time.  Our standard delivery service is international postage.  We are unable to guarantee for the delivery time, as some delay subject to situation of flight availability, customs clearance, aviation security check, force majeure events, etc as well as the territory coverage.

 

For express service, please contact us separately, and give us instruction.  We will quote the express service shipping cost within 2 days after the date you place the order.

Return & Exchange

Within 30 days after receipt of the product(s), if you find any problems and are asking for return or exchange, please contact us by email leseal@ngailam.com for discussion.
